Single-tooth implants

Front tooth replaced after a failed post crown
The post crown on the upper left central incisor (UL1) had failed, leaving only a broken root. The tooth was replaced with an implant, placed together with a bone graft.
Missing upper front tooth replaced with an implant crown
A missing upper front tooth, replaced with a single implant crown. The implant was placed with a bone graft at the same time.
Full-arch reconstruction
Restoring a complete upper jaw, lower jaw, or both, using multiple implants to support a fixed bridge.
Full upper arch reconstruction
Heavily broken-down and missing upper teeth, replaced with a complete fixed upper arch.
Upper and lower full-arch bridges, fitted the same day
Both jaws were treated in a single appointment. Implants were placed in the upper and lower jaws and fixed full-arch bridges were fitted the same day (immediate loading). The upper bridge replaces the teeth only (FP1); the lower bridge also replaces lost gum and bone (FP3).
Whether teeth can be fitted on the day of surgery depends on the bone and general health of each patient, and is confirmed at assessment.
Full upper arch bridge with lower back-tooth implant bridges
A failing upper bridge and missing lower back teeth. The upper jaw was restored with a fixed full-arch implant bridge replacing the teeth only (FP1), and the missing lower back teeth were replaced with implant-supported bridges.
